| The Deccan Hotel is one of the major projects in the city of Chennai. It has been developed by G.K Shetty Builders Private Limited. The hotel is built on a total area of 1.5 lakh sq.feet. The highlight of this project was the total RMC supplied for the Raft area alone (1746 cum.mtr) was one of the biggest single pour raft area in 2002-2003. The entire quantity of 1746 cum.mtr was pumped with two line pumps in 35 hrs @50 cum/hr. |
